Abstract Submissions

EUCHIS 2023 welcomes submissions of abstracts covering the spectrum of chitin and chitosan research, including (but not limited to), research on chitin & chitosan production and modifications, technological applications, nanotechnology, industrial, food, agriculture and biomedical applications and other novel applications. 

Abstract submissions are now open - please submit all abstracts by email to [email protected]

Submission Format

The abstract should be attached as a Microsoft Word document and be no larger than one A4 page. The font should be Times New Roman, 11px, with justified alignment and single spacing. You may include up to one figure or table.

Your abstract should then be submitted by email to [email protected].

The email subject should be of the format: Preferred Submission Type* (Poster or Presentation) - Abstract Title

*Please note that there is limited availability for presentations. The committee reserves the right to offer the opportunity to display a poster in place of a presentation.

The deadline for abstract submissions is June 1st 2023.
